Botanical Garden Bangle: An AI Jewellery Film
A Singapore bespoke jeweller came to us with a bangle that was already a small garden: two sunflowers, a single bloom and a butterfly, all worked in gold and coloured stones. They wanted a homepage film that felt as alive as the piece itself, without a week of studio lighting and a very patient butterfly wrangler.

The brief
The jeweller’s homepage needed to open on movement rather than a still photograph. The film had to loop without an obvious restart, stay light enough not to slow the page down, and above all show the stones in their real colours. A bespoke client who sees a particular pink on screen expects to see that same pink across the counter.
Setting the scene
The bangle is about a garden, so we put it in one. We built a small world of moss, wildflowers and soft morning light around the piece, kept the camera low and close, and let the movement come from the light rather than from spinning the bangle around. Slow, quiet and easy to watch on repeat, which is exactly what a hero loop needs to be.
The hard part: three colours that refuse to behave
Mahenge spinel, pink sapphire and mandarin garnet sit side by side on this bangle, and AI video has a habit of blending neighbouring colours into one warm blur. In early versions the spinel’s vivid pink kept drifting towards the softer tone of the sapphire, and the garnet’s orange wanted to turn brown in shadow.
We compared every generated shot against reference photographs of the actual piece and threw out anything where a stone changed character. The hand-textured sunflower petals needed the same care: too smooth and they looked cast, too busy and the gold dissolved into noise. The diamond butterfly had to sparkle without flickering from one frame to the next.
What the client received
A 12 second loop that plays behind the homepage headline, with a still frame that appears instantly while the video loads quietly in the background. The desktop file is around 1.6MB and the phone version about half a megabyte, so the page stays quick even on mobile data. Visitors on very slow connections simply see the still, and nobody is left waiting.
Every file came with a proper title, description and alt text, plus video markup so search engines understand what they are looking at.
Why this matters beyond jewellery
Coloured gemstones are about the toughest test there is for AI video. If a film can hold spinel, sapphire and garnet in their true colours side by side, it can keep your packaging, your fabric or your paint finish honest too.
